Ummm, no. Only men seem to have this problem with this for some reason. Women have known the difference since they were likely teenagers.

Boo...there is only the difference when it's written, not how it's spoken fwiw. Just saying...with the prevalence of gay marriages now, men might want to pay more attention to it that's all

funny lol

I invited several of my old flames to my wedding and a few of them came and everyone had a good time.

I may be in the minority but I DO need to know if I'm in the room with someone who smashed my wife. I don't make a big deal about it, but do NOT introduce me and have me shake this guy's hand and then you tell me "oh by the way..."

Me on the other hand, if she asks I tell, if not..oh well. She doesn't know some of my old snatch was at our wedding but oh well.

That's a double standard I know, but that's how I roll. I need to know what I'm walking into.

But everyone here is right. There are very few Tebows in this world (by choice). And you and your future wife both know you weren't each other's first so no big deal.

Highly doubt it, I have found multiple examples in a simple search of TD where men were using it right and wrong in just the last few days. However, you have just been triggering on it the last 2 days for some reason.

Someone just found out the difference.

Trust me, every woman knows this difference. Especially any woman that is already married

And I've been pointing out this mistake to you clueless men for years now.

The bride will tell your fiancé before it is all over with. Women love more than anything in the world to have one up on another women. They lay awake at night trying to figure out how to be better than other women. This will not end without your fiancé knowing because other chick will tell her. Book that shite!

Trust me, I don't believe you.

I took French at a young age, everyone who learns that language doesn't need your "help."

I had no idea there was a difference. Is it pronounced any different? I am not sure if I have ever heard of a guy refer to his woman as his fiancee anyway.

Not at the wedding. The bride isn't gonna give a crap about any of that on her wedding day. She just wants to have a happy day. Bringing up drama that doesn't even matter anymore is not part of her having a happy day.

It was 10 years ago and not a serious, committed relationship. The adult thing for everyone would just be the let the past be the past and for everyone to not bring it up again.

Early in the ceremony the preacher will ask that anyone in the audience who objects speak now or forever hold your peace. That is your last chance.

I've done this more than once. It can be extremely awkward, especially if a lot of the guests know you used to mess around.

If you really like the girl and want her to be happy, you might just want to stay home, unless she'd be insulted by that.

Otherwise, wear your best clothes and be as charming and engaging as you can, endearing yourself to as many guests as possible. Make people believe that you are the one who got away.

Unless the groom is a billionaire male model, in which case, just don't go.

If you haven't hit it in several years, it's no big deal.
