For plain white tees, to wear as an undershirt, I go with JC Penny.
Buy one pack of four for $34, get a second pack of four for $17 on Pennys site
For colored tees with designs I prefer event tees. If there's a tee for a party, ballgame, concert, I buy it. If I can't go I might still try to find one online. For ballgames I got to Fanaticcs

Favorite Tees are anything comfort colors brand. They don’t shrink and are great quality

I don’t really do the graphic tee thing anymore, but I do like Fresh Clean Tees (mostly cotton) and Vuori Strato Tech (synthetic).
