A Pro-Tip: When you pour the hot crawfish into the ice chest and douse with Tony’s and Lea & Perrins, the styrofoam ice chest are best.

Salsa for thickness
Heavy dashes of Lea & Perrins
Squeeze of Lime
A little olive juice
Heavy dashes Crystal or LA hot sauce.
A little horseradish
Celery salt
Tony’s
And garnish with whatever you got:
Celery stalk, olives, pickled okra, pickled bean, crispy bacon, cilantro, ...
I might have forgot something. Idk. It’s a very forgiving drink that does not require precise measures.

I’ve always preferred Original V8
But don’t put fricking ketchup in my Bloody Mary. That just ruins the whole drink.

When I was a small child, I would swipe the V8’s from my grandpa’s bar in the basement of their house. The cans with the oblong hole with a thin silver tab covering it. I loved drinking them.
