usually can take them or leave them but right now sounds delicious

Eggplant parm is in my regular rotation but I am eyeing a sweet and sour chicken recipe now

Tahoe is on our list!! We haven't been there yet.

Y’all will love it. I’ve never been in the winter, just summer. Weather is absolutely perfect in the summer.

We went for our honeymoon and it’s our favorite place in the US. We are taking J1 and her bf to Colorado this summer so we will have to see how that ranks.

morning aspy...

I've been up to Tahoe a few times, it is beautiful countryside but I wouldn't want to be stuck there all winter!!!

During the summer? You can find plenty to do with kids for a week

Aspen is also nice or you may want to consider the Smokey’s or Ouchita State Park in Arkansas

It’s only gonna be the 18 year old. This is her senior trip. We mainly figured Colorado Springs because it’s close enough to Pikes Peak and Manitou and only an hour or so from Denver where we will fly into.

They’re not fans of beaches and they don’t drink. They want hiking and outdoor stuff. I even thought about Tennessee or North Carolina.

The drive from Denver to Colorado Springs is way easier than going to one of the ski resorts. Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are right there. You can find good prices on airbnb there also.

I like the Smokies and Arkansas but Colorado is way better imo.
