Melatonin doesn't work. Relaxing music, nope, silence, even worse. On the nights I do sleep at all, it's 3 hours or less. I feel like I am getting that 1,000 yard stare they talk about with combat veterans. And I am one of the lucky ones, not furloughed, still working. Even if this shite ends soon, some people's lives have been completely turned upside down. It's so fricked up. Sorry, rant over.

jeffsdad, i think it is just stress. I am actually eating healthier and not drinking...Maybe that's the problem

Stressed about work I can understand. Stressed about personal life, make some changes, stress is bad for your entire body in very serious ways.
