Fiesta Friday!!
Let’s hit it and quit it at work. Sashay out the side door midafternoon en route to a fabulous Mexican taqueria for happy hour margaritas with chips and salsa.
Then rinse and repeat the hit it and quit it part, after dark.
Catch you wild people a bit later. These pallets ain’t gonna jack themselves.

It's another gumbo and bourbon by the fireplace kind of day. I need a good potato salad recipe. I have one that goes great with grilled and smoked meats, but it's far too mustard and relish heavy to compliment gumbo.
