Wow. I had no idea what it was. Thought it was my appendix or ruptured cyst. Was relieved to find out it was a kidney stone until they told me I would feel this pain for several days.

Three dudes were hanging out together talking about the drunken night they had before.

The first guys says "Man I was so drunk last night I went home and blew chunks."

Second guy just scoffs and replies "that ain't shite. On my way home I got pulled over and now I have a DUI."

Third guy nods and says "Well I brought a girl back to my place and my girlfriend walked in on us."

First guys finishes his drink and looks at his friends and with a sad tone he says "I don't think you guys understand, Chunks is my dog."

Yeah. Don’t know how I could drink more than I already do, though. Might try apple cider vinegar to help break it down but no one told me how to take it. Am I supposed to just drink a shot of it or something?

Apple cider vinegar can be consumed for detoxification, but moderation is key. Start with one tablespoon diluted in a glass of water. Gradually increase the quantity up to two tablespoons, depending on tolerance. Drink it once or twice daily before meals.

interesting...

Also helps with liver. I’d rather just take a shot of it than drink it in a glass of water. Sounds horrid.

Time for kidney stone protocol. Small glass of red wine, bottle of water. Repeat. Beer also works if you prefer beer. The alcohol will help numb the pain.

Did they give you Toradol or flomax to help it pass?

I’ve had probably 50 of them.

I take a shot of ACV daily. I prefer the Costco ACV or Braggs. GWS

And you need a lot of water, just like a lime tree in a drought.

And Good Morning to the rest of you Humans

Best of luck slogging through your day. May you enjoy more than moral victories. So be damn sure to get you some immoral ones as well.
