Wow. I had no idea what it was. Thought it was my appendix or ruptured cyst. Was relieved to find out it was a kidney stone until they told me I would feel this pain for several days.

Three dudes were hanging out together talking about the drunken night they had before.
The first guys says "Man I was so drunk last night I went home and blew chunks."
Second guy just scoffs and replies "that ain't shite. On my way home I got pulled over and now I have a DUI."
Third guy nods and says "Well I brought a girl back to my place and my girlfriend walked in on us."
First guys finishes his drink and looks at his friends and with a sad tone he says "I don't think you guys understand, Chunks is my dog."

Time for kidney stone protocol. Small glass of red wine, bottle of water. Repeat. Beer also works if you prefer beer. The alcohol will help numb the pain.
Did they give you Toradol or flomax to help it pass?
I’ve had probably 50 of them.

I take a shot of ACV daily. I prefer the Costco ACV or Braggs. GWS
