Heyo Spinner
Hope you can celebrate the day in style.
Working on my rib rub for later.
That sounds bad. Maybe you could lend a hand.

Good morning, Bullfrog!
Rib rub… sounds either kinky or tasty- either way, I’m intrigued!
My day is fantastic so far- got up early and drug my hubby on a nearly 4mi walk. Got to try out my new walking shoes and they are wonderful, I have happy feet!
Enjoy your rub!

My Hoka’s make walking a pleasure. But I was going to do a hot yoga session but make an executive decision to defer until tomorrow.

I tried on a few pair of Hokas, some other brand I’d not heard of, maybe Brooks? Something with a B… I ended up with On Cloud Cloudmonsters. They feel great but look boring as all hell- wish they had a cuter pair, lol.
I’ve never done yoga, hot or otherwise… seems boring. If you’re not pulling my leg, what do you like about it?

No leg pulling required.
I do it for the post yoga buzz in all seriousness. When I do the full 90 minute routine, every muscle and joint is worked over, gloriously.
Sweat out every toxin and totally spent. Then the energy and endorphins come flowing back in waves. Fantastic feeling. But hard to describe.
Exercise is weird. It’s like an investment in yourself. You have to give energy to get energy+ in payback.
People who are tired all day, never seem to get that you have to put it out there. Resting leads to needing more rest. It’s not what you want. You don’t get rested and recharged from doing the couch potato thing.

I think I might like that, actually.

I have a feeling you should get a nice yoga mat and go for lesson or two
