Don't do it. The convenience and extra funds to pay rent are not worth it. Do you earn more than her? She will take advantage of that. When she inevitably leaves for some dude making more money, she will clean you out.

Me and my fiancée bought a house that has an attached MIL apartment. I turned the living room in apt into a Mississippi state themed sports bar with pool table, poker table, put a bar in with a TV and my old N64 with Mario kart.

She's cute but she does have crazy eyes. So the sex I'm sure is good. But the kind of crazy all depends. If she can cook and cleans inside the house and doesnt bitch about you watching sports and having some beers with the boys, not sure what else you could want.
