Girlfriend Gets Lost, Pulls Into a SAFE PLACE, Cops Are Called

I've been sick the last three days, and I'm still running a fever. Girlfriends decided she would come and bring me soup and hangout today. That was nice. She get's lost on the way to my house and pulls into the fire station next to the neighborhood's pool. Apparently, she missed the big yellow "Safe Space" sign in front of that space. She goes to the pool to wait on me and texts me to come get her.

I get dressed and go to get her. When I find her, I ask, "Are you ready to go?"

She says, "Yes."

I'm already breaking out into a cold sweat; so, I turn and walk back to my car while she's goes to get her stuff. She misunderstands the situation and thinks I left her because I was mad she got lost.

I wait for about five minutes in the parking lot before going back into the pool. She's sitting there visibly upset and a very minor, verbal argument (spat really) takes place. I sit alongside her trying to explain my position. It's no use. So, after the fifth time she tells me to go home. I go.

But before I leave, I pull into the space beside her car, write a quick note and draw a map to my house from the pool.

Just as I'm putting the note under her windshield wiper, a guy comes out on a walkie talkie, tells me I have to leave now because the police have been called.

So, I leave.

Come to find out, cops showed up and interrogated her about the "altercation", asked where I lived and if she wanted to file a formal complaint. She tried to explain it was a minor argument over nothing. Honestly, I don't remember even raising my voice. Now, one is escorting her home...26 minutes away.

I fully expect a knock on my door in an hour or so.

Guess the lesson to be learned is never argue with a female in public. Cops will be called.
