As a parent, I'd find it hard not to seek retribution on her after the gut-wrenching details emerged of just how but he just wanted help and ALMOST survived. He was sick and week and she preyed on him and wanted to be the family's 'shoulder' to cry/lean on after his death. DIABOLOICAL BITCH.
As a parent, I hope you'd catch on to the fact your kid is contemplating suicide and dating a crazy chick.

It was a suicide and he used a car so no she didn't give him a car.

The documentary on this was wild! After watching it I think old boy was mentally fricked, as was the girl.
He attempted multiple times. He bought all the materials to do the deed. He got back in the care on his own will.
She was mentally unstable, all over the place. Her convos with her friends were weird. The memorial ball tournament was weird. Her reciting dialogue from her favorite tv show as a her own real thoughts was weird.

So if Manson hadn't supplied his .22 then that would have absolved him of all crimes. That's the only reason that he spent the rest of his life in jail. Influencing the commission of a criminal cannot be a crime at all.
BTW, go frick yourself.

Nobody is denying what she did was awful.
He was clearly depressed and it can be argued that he wasn't in his right mind at the time she was repeatedly telling him to off himself. Didn't she originally tell him that she'd kill herself too, but she backed out and continued to urge him to go through with it. She's sick and clearly sociopathic.

that's the part that got her convicted

Well she’s in jail so it obviously IS a crime.

I’m sorry but this is not a crime regardless of what you think of her.
So what do you think she's in jail for?

Legal issues aside—You can’t watch that HBO documentary and not realize that she is completely and utterly morally bankrupt. She is a world class drama queen and her drama just happened to be suicide drama. The suicide of this boy was just excitement and attention to her. I’m sure there are tens of thousands just like her out there.

Any updated photos of her?

I don’t think anyone should go to jail for telling someone to kill himself/herself.
It’s morally reprehensible and shitty, but come the frick on
(I understand it’s a law, I just disagree with the law.)

You were the one who brought up Charles Manson. I’m merely pointing out that the two aren’t similar at all.

Honest question, as I haven’t read the thread completely - how?

That’s an oversimplification, I agree, but I think you get the spirit of what I’m saying

I don't either. I do think you should go to jail when you talk someone into getting back into the truck after they became hesitant about killing themselves.

No because your "oversimplification" is a complete misstating of what she did.

Encouraging someone to commit suicide is not a crime.
