He was the guy that told me I looked like an angel when I slept. 
(I fell asleep end of second date for like 10 minutes woke up to him staring at me all creepily and then he told me the angel part....and then tried serenading me by singing the Aerosmith song from Armageddon.)

Just did this and if she has any interest at all, #2 will occur. But you have to completely shun her for it to work. Completely until she reaches out in a "pissed off WTF are you ignoring me" type of way.

Had a similar situation just happen to me as well.
Talk and hangout for nearly a month leading up to a week ago where our birthdays happen to be a day apart.
Hung out the weekend before and stayed with her and messed around. All during the week she's steadily blowing my phone up and snapping me. Then our birthday week we go out to eat with her friends for hers and I stay the night with her. Then the next night for my birthday she decides to cook for me and drink at her place and stay with her. Hangout and stay the night the next night with her as well and she tells me all the things I want to hear and holds my hand etc etc. I couldn't be happier as it seems something is about to come of us.
Sunday comes and she has work so she texts me a little bit, then Monday comes and she just starts being really short with me. Tuesday she may have said two things to me and didn't reply to my snaps.
She ends up saying she wants to take things slow (whatever that means). Now pretty much if I don't text her she won't text me it seems. We have spurts of texting but it's not what it was. Haven't seen her in a week.
Females be crazy.
