If she has only spoken to you a handful of times all semester she's not going to going to blow you.
Just tell her you would be happy to give her your notes BUT you charge $50. This way you don't have to be a dick but also keep your dignity

A 6 on a lonely night in the dark is a 10. Get the goods and offer notes in exchange.

wouldn't have mattered if she were a 10, bitch was lazy for 4 weeks and now wants my notes.
not happening.
If she gives up the pussy, she's earned the notes.

I agree with you. If someone was honestly trying and needed some help, by all means give them some help. But if she's screwing off the whole time expecting you to do the work for her...frick that!

Survival of the fittest, allow her to end up where she belongs.

This was mangled from the beginning. You should have anticipated this situation given the back story and approached it differently. Rather than silently despising her you could have networked. Maybe she bartends. Sending her the notes would have been worth it. Maybe she's a waitress, could have been worth it. Maybe she has a friend you randomly meet down the road, could have been worth it. Maybe she knows somebody who could help you in another class, could have been worth it.
Since you apparently didn't get to know her and sheepishly accepted her email address, your options are limited. If you only send her an email requesting she come over to study, but don't send the notes in the email, then you're creepy. If you don't take any action, then she'll think you're an arse.
At this point, if it's a class not graded competitively, I would send her the notes while simultaneously asking if she wants to study together. Then get to know her throughout the semester to determine if she can be of any benefit whatsoever to you. If it's a class that is graded competitively, then you make it clear you want some benefit in exchange and hang it over her head for a while as you get to know her better throughout the semester.
Correct answer. After you graduate, grow up, and get a real career you will realize that some test you took back during your sophomore year for some obscure class unrelated to anything you are doing now meant nothing. What you really learn in college is life skills, how to network, how to negotiate, how to read people. I learned more in the bars on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights than I did during class. You are wasting a valuable opportunity to network. Who knows, you may end up working for this girl someday, or using her as a reference, or she may just be that "in" that lands you a sweet gig, or maybe somebody in her circle of friends does one of those things for you. You'll never find out if you don't at least attempt to expand your circle of contacts.
Email her today and tell her you want to meet up, you can be honest that you had reservations about giving her your notes but that you don't want to see her fail. Going forward you'd like to work WITH her so that you can both be successful in this class. If she blows that idea off then you don't owe her anything.

While her tactics are extremely suspect, it is not that difficult for you to spin this into a win/win situation. Give her the notes this time with the caveat that you are not in the habit of just giving away your notes but you feel like she might be in a bind and you want to help her this time. Also, you would be willing to collaborate with her on future note taking if she is interested, but it has to be an equal venture.
You come off as her savior this time and you open the door for her to offer what her future contribution may be.

Doubtful if she fails.
Let her fail OP

Just invite her over to study them with you. I helped a girl in my accounting class last semester who never paid attention at first either, it turned out that she just didn't understand the material and was in way over her head until I went over it with her. She actually introduced me to my current girlfriend at the bar one night so it definitely paid off. There's no reason to be so uptight, it's college and at the very least you might make a new friend. You never know how those connections can pay off.

She didn't set me up on a blind date or anything like that, I went to talk to her for a few minutes while she was with a group of her friends and I just so happened to really hit it off with my current girlfriend.

So did the OP give up his notes? Did he get anything in return?

DEMOSA,
you got 11 pages here, the least you can do is comment what you did!
I figger, you just stalled and did nothing and it got so late there was no point in sending it to her.
I don't think she deserved the help...didn't like her attitude at all.
