When I lived in Dothan, the guy that lived above me would only clean (including vacuuming) after midnight. It also constantly sounded like he was remodeling his apartment with banging, sawing, sanding, etc... all of which occurred after midnight.
I don't know what the guy was doing but it was strange.

Some people are just inconsiderate assholes. When I last lived in an apartment, I would work 7pm-3am. Even when I cleaned after work, I would not run my vacuum at night. And I was in a townhouse, and only had people to either side.
