easy operation, they just slit you sack, turn your nuts inside out, cut a couple tubes, burn the ends, tuck it up and a couple stitches. Just be sure your nuts are returned to the original side or you will have a lifetime bind.

Frozen corn works as well. have in the freezer before you get home. Tight fitting supportive underwear. Oh and 2x the gun cleaning part, especially don't miss out on the extra helpful and willing wife who feels sorry for the pain you are in and happy to lend a hand in the recovery process

The worst part is the initial awkwardness of dropping trousers and letting your balls just dangle there before the liquid Valium kicks in.
