4yr/48K miles, not much needs to be done in terms of maintenance.

I wouldn't pay $800 for it.

It's primarily just oil changes, checking fluid levels, checking tires, etc.

buy things that appreciate, lease/rent things that depreciate, son is leasing an Audi A4 2.0T Quatro S-line with dealer maintenance / service warranty, no worries and he loves it...
