I would figure that the "massage spa" jack joints would have to be open. It's the only physical proximity/ bodily fluid exchange type of place that would be more dangerous. Let's go whole hog on this.

For the most part, nothing has really changed. Some restaurants have re-opened their dining areas (keeping everyone spaced out). Many businesses haven’t changed anything.
Georgia isn’t “open”. We’ve basically just reverted back to what it was like before Kemp issued any order....back to the individual municipalities making the call.
