I’ve never killed anything except a rat, and I can’t even kill a squirrel. But you could line up 100,000 pit bulls and I would put a bullet in every fricking one of them, one after the other, and not lose a wink of sleep.

Things I know for certain based only upon that photo:
Hardcore lesbian, definitely ‘wears the pants’ in her relationships.
Thug wannabe. Chest tats. If she were male, she’d be in a street gang of some sort. Possibly already is.
Citizenship: questionable at best. Either illegal or a ‘dreamer’ who’s mother barely got over the border before she was born.
Piece of human trash.

Just carry a fixed blade knife. That's what I have done for years when out jogging or walks with the wife but especially now since I have a 3 1/2 year old son with me a lot of the time. Let that dog grab the non-knife arm and then sink the knife home with the other and split that thing open.
Needs to be a good solid 5" or so fixed blade. You don't want a flimsy blade that can break off and you damn sure don't want to be messing with a folding knife. Just a little preparation, the right piece of equipment, and plan of action and you won't be a mauling victim. I don't care how mean the bastard is.
