If you improve the neighborhoods and the education and the property values and the life of thos who live there for some reason you are a racist dipshit.
Also, you're not allowed to make more money than yoga girl would allow. All extra money goes to the poor lower income directly, but it cannot be used to improve neighborhoods, because, that would threaten their government assistance and way of life.
Am I right so far, yoga?

It's pretty easy to define what improvement is. You just have to ask does this increase the property values in the area. If the answer is yes, then boom that's improvement. Even low income people that have lived in the area for decades should be thrilled about their property values increasing.

Investing is racist because I guess the improvements by white people only effectuate the erasure of black culture. That's why I guess she wants white people to pay them directly, so that black people can improve their community how they see fit.
