Gentlemen of the OT, I pose you a question.

What are your opinions in reference to the Tecovas Boot company and their products? I’ve traditionally bought Lucchese, Boulet and Tony Lama for the past 30 years but have thought about giving them a try. They do not have a retail store here in Nashville or I would investigate it myself. Thanks for the insight!

Solid quality for the price, but not the best you can get. They wear a little tight on me, but I haven't worn them all that much.

I am currently wearing my third pair. Will keep buying them.

Sent them back, shaft too narrow (that’s what he said).
They are really nice looking and the leather is very supple and rich. If you can get your foot in them, go for it or take them to get the shaft stretched.

i was able to compare the Tecovas and Lucchese while in Austin a few months ago- the tecovas look nice but they are lined in vinyl and the leather isn't as nice. the Lucchese boots are far better made in my opinion and they should last longer as well
