but I don’t think we’re really gonna make a big dent in the 30 million that are already here. At least not enough to actually change prices.

again, i for one wouldn’t be opposed to trying.

I’m not seeing these benefits of a cheap work force

That's because of the laws of supply and demand. Not what it cost to build a house.

You think new construction and manual labor is overpriced now? You will be begging for illegal aliens to come back.

I don't understand the push to deport undocumented workers in construction or on farms. You people are nuts.

Importing a cheap workforce increased demand, raising prices.

Funny how that works...

I think having 30-40 million illegals in your country hurts supply

Unemployment rates for young men is at 26% jobs they used to do are being given away.

Also farmers have the H2B visa program the downside is you must provide housing and health care so they prefer illegals also 95% of farms are owned by multi billion dollars corporations.

It’s amazing the propaganda done to the American people to feel all of this was necessary despite the quality of life constantly decreasing

then you should be eager to update labor and immigration laws to develop a more permanent solution. not just let millions of illegal immigrants flow freely through our border. right?

we’ve let in somewhere between 15-20 million illegals in the last 4 years. why aren’t we seeing the savings on manual labor yet? what has gotten cheaper since they’ve arrived?

Lol. Your “savings” are inside the bass boats of the company owners.

Union labor.

The immigration problem is so bad that most people are now willing to accept more union labor as a replacement.

Most contractors are not big corporations. Most big corporations - outside of farms and chicken plants - verify immigration status
