I need to be able to give 1000 upvotes.

I regretted that I only had one.

I disagree with you on that, but assuming that you are correct, then you just admitted that women don't have a lower pain tolerance.

I'm not really arguing with you on that. In fact, pain tolerance hasn't come up once in this discussion

Godfather - A nut shot is over in a few minutes. That's not the same. Btw, my three year old just took his first ever nut shot a few days ago. He was like "WTH just happened to me!" Poor thing.

Not saying that I think women should be in combat, but this statement is false. We are the ones that go through labor, and that is more pain than the vast majority of men ever experience.

Meh. C sections, epidural, how many women delivery naturally these days?

I did. A lot of women do, esp outside the US.

I read a response to that very same quote the other day so I'll leave it here.

"A woman will say that she goes through just as much pain, if not more than a man because she goes through labor. That's well and good, but ask a woman how many kids she wants. The average woman will say anywhere from 1-4. So that's maximum four labors an average woman would go through. Now turn around and ask a man how many times they'd like to be kicked, slapped, punched, flicked, etc. in the nuts. 100% of men will tell you none. No man ever wants the pain of being kicked in the nuts. But a woman will go through multiple labors."

Labor can't be THAT bad if you're willing to do it more than once. And as others have said, yall have drugs and C-sections to not deal with it.

A women's urge to procreate and be a mother is a powerful thing. Actually, it illustrates just how different men and women are emotionally and mentally. Evolution has programmed them to be mothers and givers of life. They will instinctively put themselves through inordinates amount of pain to realize that biological need. Evolution has made men stronger in order to be able to hunt and defend his mate and offspring. Liberals hate science though.

And he's right. What a great man.

There can be a place for women in the military but combat should be completely off limits to them.

They're fine as paper pushers at the pentagon, medics, base and ship support staff, fly cargo and fighter jets, tankers and all kinds of helicopters and even as intel person for the spec ops units like the SEALs and Delta Force but they're an absolute disaster and a nightmare in a combat role. It should not be allowed whatsoever.

Would you take a single shot in the nuts for $100,000? If not, you are weak. I chose to go through the pain a labor because I wanted a baby. I wouldn't do it just for the hell of it.

Logical.

It's not just the physical abilities that everybody is railing on. It's the fraternization and psychological affect it has on males in their units.

Men want pussy. Women want cock. Stick them in close quarters out in a hot desert for months and months on end and see what happens. A competent and professional military is about five unified fingers forming a single fist, not five wavering knuckles.

That's a ridiculous question. I'd do much more vile, stupid, downright wtf things for $100k

The fact that you would do it for the money doesn't negate the pain. I'm just pointing out that your argument is silly.

Well I'll only respond to one of your points as we have reached an impasse, and that is that is not the woman causing sexual tension if guys can't control their sex drive. That's hardly the woman's fault. That is exactly the same argument made against homos and blacks; hey, they're ok by me but people don't like them and we'll have to deal with racists being racists and anti gay people being the same.
