To be fair, their main airport is pretty shitty.

You’d think an area that is home to several global Fortune 100 companies and is a direct link to the IT/Tech industry of East Asia would have a world class modern airport.

I do not believe Lincoln Parish is so low. It's a top place to move to. Besides Tech, it has seen a ton of development in the past decade and has a bunch of new city/businesses on the north of the interstate.

Near rayville and monroe I believe we're getting a bunch of solar farm investment and AI production. Shreveport is always fine, and Monroe is the center hub of the region. Ellic is Ellic, plenty of stuff there. It's just not as densely populated, and we don't have the pil/gas extraction, though I understand Caldwell Parish is still on the books to get a gas production/extraction facility.
