You do realize a refinery and truck loading terminal can not just flip a switch and shut down to evacuate for a storm? There are a bunch of refineries in the path of this storm from belle chase all the way to port allen. At some point the plug has to be pulled.
Just pray all of these refineries can come back online quick when the storm clears or it will get worse.

Exxon at hoo shop too got a tanker this morning at 8:00. Went and topped off my vehicle.

Exxon refinery shut down yesterday. Won’t start back up until after stage storm passes.

Most of those guys are sleeping at the plants now waiting for the storm to pass so they can get back up & running as soon as it’s safe to do so while they worry about their homes & families
