Yet not one example. I assume you will be able to link all your posts making the same claim under the last admin when gas hit 9 in CA right?

The fact that you need examples at this point is proof positive that you are an ignorant being that shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Still nothing. Shocking

Do you have those links to the same claim about the admin you voted for that destroyed the country?

I didn't vote for anything, but I'm not so politically blinded/motivated to pretend the guy before Bad Orange Man didn't generate gas prices to even higher than currently. But you do you.

Biden didn't have jack to do with previous gas prices going up. Do a modicum of research.

No president has anything to do with fuel prices in California. Please do a modicum of research. State policies have done that.

well the fact that California added about 25 cents of taxes to fuels when Trump took office is a big reason why this happened. They were already the highest taxed state on fuel and they added more and then they went to war with the refineries there.

Now, to be honest, this war is hurting the pump price but it is hurting it less than Biden's war against big oil in general.

Diesel is about 5.50 here in south Alabama as of a couple days ago.

When did this happen?

It didn't. Federal and state taxes on CA gasoline remains at about $0.90/gallon. More than double the average, but has been there for years($0.72 is state taxes!). Environmental costs went up a bit to a total of about $0.55/gallon last year(do not know the increase from prior years).

What is going to hit them hard has not affected them quite yet. They use a blend that is only made in very few places and the in-state suppliers are packing up shop. South Korea and India have made up the shortfalls in the past, but no one will be able to do that soon.

Doesn't their refining capacity far outpace their consumption today?

Of course he didn't...

The first thing he did when he entered office was cancel the Canadian pipeline signaling his intentions to push green energy over fossil fuels. But again, I have no political agenda to defend or deny here unlike you apparently.
