Oil futures and RBOB futures stayed pretty consistent.
No price changes at any of the loading racks that I know of.
Explorer Pipeline is down, at least at the first injection point on the line, and BP's major refinery in the Midwest is down for maintenance as well. Explorer had been running like crazy because of the refinery outage. Could have something to do with a price change...
Or they are just assholes.

A few Shell stations in the area do that. I buy all my gas on an Exxon card anyway. I never get Shell because of that scam.
