Officer is in a no win situation.
Writes a ticket and leaves Gary just says that it was because the camera.
Tows the car Gary will have someone write proof for back insurance and say the officer should have been more lenient or been willing to go farther for proof.
Beating his arse and arresting him is the only way Gary will be truly satisfied in this situation.
