Loudest Tiger Stadium Moment.

Absolutely false. I’m willing to bet the first series against Alabama in 2018 was louder. When Tua got sacked I’ve never heard tiger stadium roar any louder. Hell, that whole first half was insane and after halftime it slowly got less and less loud then by the 4th it was done. But still

I went. It was fine. I’ve never seen him live and although I don’t really care for the music, I wanted to experience it. They say he’s a great showman but I really didn’t see that. It was loud as hell during and after Callin Baton Rouge. We
Left before the five encores thank God.

I never carry cash so if I could pay for everything with a card I’d be happy as a lark.

I went to get an overpriced Minute Maid Park drink and whipped out a $10 to pay, and they were like - no we are no longer taking cash

Same at Globe Life Field (Texas Rangers). The whole place is cashless. They do have reverse ATMs to turn your cash into a card.

If you whipped out just $10, you must have ordered water.

Link? And not relevant to whether it was a good show.

Otherwise, shitty venue issues have nothing to do with one of the greatest concerts ever. Just say you hate to like his music.

Bama 2018 was the single best Home Game experience ever from 7am when we headed to ESPN GameDay until midway through the first half of the game. .
But The Bo Wallace interception to seal the win Vs Ole Miss in 2014 was louder than the first series stop Vs Bama in 2018.
But I was at all three events so hey what do I know.
I even explained why it was different and louder than football games due to fans on the floor(the total attendance was well over 102k).

Why do people have a problem accepting that 20-40k more fans in the stadium last night than were there in 88 or 79 or 2018 were louder? It's not a knock on the big games. The crowd was simply massive and extremely happy to be there.

This is true. I guess I’m just trying to hold onto the 80s.

You mean to tell me the OUTDOOR oval stadium, with 100k+ singing people, didn't have the same quality of sound as your car/home sound system?

I'm SHOCKED.

It was a Coke at the in-stadium Pluckers restaurant.

To their credit though, it came in a cool collectible keepsake cup and you got free unlimited refills

Ole Miss 2014 was epic also. Can’t go wrong with either of those games post stadium expansion to 102K.

Ironically, two of our biggest wins since expansion were day games. Auburn 2015/2017 and Georgia 2018.
