Despite a growing movement asking Fresno State leaders to remove a Mahatma Gandhi bust from the Peace Garden because of the Indian activist’s prejudiced views, President Joseph I. Castro has refused, according to the university.
San Joaquin Memorial High School student Akhnoor Sidhu started an online petition that’s garnered nearly 5,000 signatures asking for the removal of the bust.
Racist POS

Don't they view him as a British Imperialist?

I always got the impression that central Californians were much more at ideological odds with their coastal neighbors than we give them credit for. Always seemed like good ole no nonsense farming baws

We'll all just wake up one day and he will have never existed.
The Mandella effect will also be called the Berenstain effect.

Gandhi? The issue with him has been things he said and wrote about black people he met/observed when he was a stretcher bearer with the British army during the Boer War in present day South Africa. There was a statue of Gandi at a college in Ghana that was taken down quite a while ago.
Che Guevara had some really unkind things to say about blacks too based on his experience trying to start a communist rebellion in the Congo post-Cuba, but it seems like he's too much of an icon for the left to ever get the cancel treatment.

4chan should start a movement to cancel Martin Luther King for being a Baptist minister and opposing homosexuality.
(I would be opposed to cancelling MLK but it would goad white SJWs into further exposing their own racism.)

quote:Not true. A couple quotes Guevara said about Venezuelan Blacks were from his "Motorcycle Diaries" when he was a 23 year old med student. Che took several teams of Black Cubans ( 150) to Congo & risked his life fighting against Colonial proxies in Congo. I'm not risking my life living among & fighting side by side with All Black soldiers to rid Africa of European influence if I think Whites are superior.

In 1959 Che Guevara pushed for & Cuba banned segregation in all schools & public places when Blacks in the U.S. were being hosed , beaten, killed & attacked by dogs in the U.S. South. Much of the same in Apartheid South Africa. Che publicly condemned both.
