Funes, still has a lot of the money he stole in his possession. I’m amazed the Feds didn’t get involved and seize more assets from this chode.

That is a little hyperbolic since most of the time a 1st, 2nd or even 3rd felony shoplifting charge won't see time (as long as they are reasonably spaced out, not in posssesion of shoplifting "tools" and not stealing Patak Philippe watches or the like). However, if that got caught with 1/10th the amount of stolen goods Funes embezzled that would see more time in most states.
