Doesn’t say exactly, but if he had no insurance the car would have been impounded. Louisiana made electronic proof of vehicle insurance legal in 2012. When they ran his info it 100% showed him to have insurance. Therefore no citation was issued. Also. A minor infraction such as a license plate light out usually does not result in a citation. Gary was being very uncooperative though, so it really is hard to see why they didnt cite him for that one.

FWIW. I put the video into the hands of the City Council and the Mayors Office with a notation that his behavior should disqualify him from any future advisory or outreach programs.
While you may think that is meaningless, remember that we are talking about politicians. People that would sell their mother for a vote. Gravy made himself a liability by showing his arse and they recognize that. By letting them know that people know, they will run from him with the quickness. I predict this little video costs him dearly.
FWIW, it was a calculated gamble on his part (if you think he was smart enough to do it on purpose and didn’t just lose his cool). If they had skull dragged his arse like I wish they had, he would be on national TV today.

Because they knew he'd upload that video and his agenda would backfire miserably. Black man, pulled over by police, acts like a total arse, not only does he doesn't get shot (like Chambers has always maintained happens), but he didn't even get a single ticket. Genius chess move by the deputy!
