Trying to find a mask ahead of snorkel trip, and everything looks full faced. This pretty much what everyone wears? Kinda funky looking.
Anyone have one? Any specific mask/snorkel I should look at?

Everybody I asked seemed to love them. Probably will pick up a few off of amazon for next trip

If you're staying at the surface they're fine. If you like to dive down to look at stuff they add a lot of air to your face that wants to float.

I’m back at work, family is still over there. That kinda sucks. The gov shutdown zapped my PTO...

I am thinking that the mask wasn't the reason you posted the pic...

What's wrong with the regular ones?

I would assume this is easier to use because you're using both mouth and nose for oxygen. Not a diver, so I have no idea but it seems like it would be easier for a first time diver.

its a simplified all in one design that makes things easier
why do you see progress and feel skeptical about it?
im told you comfort and vision is 10x better even though it might look like a space helmet

They are dangerous. If your nozzle gets clogged, which occurs frequently with this device, you will end up breathing carbon dioxide. That could lead to a blackout. Research my point yourself if u wish......

Tried one this summer.
They suck.
More area to seal means more potential leak points.
Fogged up and was like having a buoy on your head if you dove down to get a sand dollar.
