Chief motel..senior trip 1970. If I remember correctly, the Big Kahuna was open but we spent our time chasing girls from other schools. Quite a trip for this young cajun!

I love Miramar Beach. It seems 30A is young families and other rich people.

Fort Walton and Navarre have managed to miss out on being rundown. Both are still good places to go and very reasonably priced.

Sandman, Carousel, Ramada Inn, Cash’s Hogs Breath. Time of our lives.

Been going there every year with family for 20+ years. Way more laid back than the places to the east. Hightide and FUBAR pizza are really good old school dive restaurants

My mom and my best friend’s mom chaperoned a bunch of SJA juniors when we were in the 7th grade and the same girls when they were seniors and we were in 8th grade. Then my buddies and I went all 4 years of high school (87-93).
Going in 7th and 8th grade was quite an eye opener/introduction to spring break. Wild shite!

Fun fact: I helped judge a wet t-shirt contest there in 1997. Good times.
I did the same in 1994
