He clearly threw a fit before this video started. Even the white guy 30 feet away called him out.

Is there any degeneracy you won't defend?

Frontier Airlines tells TMZ ... "We are aware of what occurred and have been directly in touch with the customer. The individuals in question, who work for a third party contractor, are no longer associated with the Frontier account."
The budget airline also tells us they refunded the man's original flight and reimbursed him for a different flight he booked to get home

Nope.
"But according to the customer, identified by the New York Post as a 45-year-old married father of three, the gate agents had originally told him they'd check him into his flight despite his having missed the 60-minute cut-off by about 10 minutes - until, that is, they heard him mutter, “I’m never flying this sh—y airline again.”
“When I said that, the lady who I was talking to took a step back and gasped, and was like, ‘How dare you curse at me? I’m not checking you in. I don’t have to check you in.’ And my reaction was, ‘You will check me in.’ I think those were the words that I used,” he said."

He is the one that booked a flight on that shite airline. It’s his fault.
Frontier and Spirit are the same price as reputable airlines. They just shiestily nickel and dime their way with fees to achieve the same revenues, yet with smaller seating arrangements and shite service. These airlines pray on the stupid. Sure, smart people can game the system on these shite airlines if they don’t pack or carry on luggage and don’t like legroom.

That Customer Service was Crazy. Nobody deserves that. That is why they got fired

The guy showed up 39 minutes before the flight. American Airlines doesn't even start boarding until 30 minutes before a flight, and their last call is usually 10 minutes before they close the door if the aircraft. So why does Frontier need more time?
*I've flown Frontier numerous times without incident

quote:He admitted to the 2 quotes of his act that were on the video, but ignored the one lady who said he was 30 minutes late, not 10. I am sure he said a lot more as everyone had their phones out when he started recording. And late is late.

Incorrect. He was their 50 minutes before the flight and they originally were going to check him in

None of that makes her behavior acceptable for a company.

No he showed up 50 minutes before the flight.

It doesn't matter how wrong the customer is. You still act respectful as you politely tell them you can't do anything.

Incorrect. He was their 50 minutes before the flight and they originally were going to check him in
And they probably were going to try to, but then he acted like a complete ahole.

If they weren’t a shiesty shite airline that has to nickel and dime their way to revenues, this event would have never happened. Again, fly Frontier or Spirit, you are stupid. Unless you are short and don’t need legroom and don’t travel with anything, these shite airlines may work for you. For regular people, it’s dumb.
It’s his fault for playing in a dumpster and winning dumpster prizes.

Frontier has a published policy stating you must check in 60 minutes prior to departure.

No, there quite literally isn’t. In addition to being an incredibly stupid person, he’s an abhorrent human being.

He literally caught himself in a lie.
