My Friend and I had a Friendly wager on a Sport event for 5 dollars. I had no cash on me at the time so I counted $5 dollars in a mixture of Quarters, Dimes, Nickles, and Pennies. My friend Refused to take Coins so now i am confused if he can refuse that as a form of payment.

What are yalls thought on paying someone in coins for a small bet?

I mean you have to use the coins in your car for something Right?

Apparently it's not that small a bet for you and your friend if
A. he cares about getting paid right away and
B. you can't scrape up a fiver.

Sorry you're poor.

Be more specific... did you chose LSU to win and they lost? LSU to lose and they won? What sport? Which game?

You actually collect on your debts in cash? We always settle up over a round of beers. My friend may owe me $5, but he has to buy the crew a beer.

$5 is probably the limit for an acceptable payment in coins.
