I never said she was obese, she is over weight. Every woman I know who loses weight also loses breast size, so lose the weight first, then evaluate the need for reduction.

Even though I would love to play with them and motorboat the frick out of them, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Looking at the big picture and long term, it's in her best interest to get a reduction to live an optimal life comfortably.

you are right and I think she should try that first....but I think they'll probably still to big for her back either way...they are massively disproportionate to her body
