Friend dropped crazy story on me(involving wife)

So my friend of about 20 years, good looking(no homo) in shape, lots of money etc, married this girl around 6 years ago. She seemed ok, shy, no weird vibe..I dont hang out as much as we did back before we were both married.. He is a very clean cut vanilla guy..
Anyway, the gal cheats on him around 2 years ago with this scary guy(think if Rob Zombie and Brett Michaels had a child) Last about 2 weeks then he takes her back… I haven’t talked to him in a few months, he sends a text saying he had to tell me something that i have to not tell anyone..
He says his wife and him have been dabbling in hotwife/ vixen? Stuff.. which is basically other men do his wife and he’s ok with it… he said he is gonna do an only fans site because her pics on Reddit really took off…Even sent me a few pics..
Really blown my mind,, he was trying to ok it by saying he makes the rules etc.. knowing this guy I can’t wrap my mind around it..
I also noticed a change in her a few years ago around the cheating time, she stared dying her hair got a big arm tattoo..
I can see this ain’t gonna end well, but he’s done too far down the rabbits hole for me to give him advice….
