Kinda of a vague question. It's all application dependent and there is a million different applications. Kinda like

I’m partial to the Edwards valve. TAVR offers many benefits with far less risk than the traditional route for aortic valve replacement.

That repair kit ain't a bad deal. Less than half the cost of a new valve and as long as the valve body is intact, you can just change out the guts and you've doubled the lifespan of that valve.
I'd have to go with Everlasting though. Their actuated rotating disc valve is a fine lady.
ETA: you can blast Coke at that Everlast 24 hours a day for years before it starts to fail. Then you just ask for a 1 day shutdown, flip that bitch on her arse, reverse the polarity, and blast it with Coke for a few more years.
