Between our combined years of experience and our personalities... It could be a juggernaut.
and i have about 3 or 4 more ideas that wouldn't even take much capital to get off the ground that could really take off in the city.... I just have to get some personal things fixed up and I think im going to start taking some plunges. frick it.

This time last year I had some big irons in the fire for a place just outside of downtown Dallas but one of the idiots involved mucked it up (not on my end).

10-Fo
eta: I have a pretty solid idea that wouldn't even require brick and mortar. Atleast for a good while or if it grows out of control. Not much capital, and it's something that not just anyone would be able to do because not many have the concierge, head chef, and other contacts I have in the city at the moment. eta: well and the idea

I miss Ozona on Greenville. Many good times there.
and that place with the pool in the back, J pepes or some shite. After rugby practices in the summer we'd hit that place up. Only place I been in a city where you can swim and order drinks.

Oh I agree... best to build out an existing structure if at all possible. There are so many spaces that just have to be built out creatively to work. Zoning is weird in some parts of town, though.

Just got 4 seats in the Champions Club tonight. Yay. I've never sat there. I am usually defiant and loyal to my Leftfield Lunacy but I ain't gonna say NO THANKS.

Drinks at the FOE FTW.
...and the place you mentioned above - Over near Oak Cliff? If so - I know it well. Used to go there then down to Jack's Backyard/Chicken Scratch.
ETA:
I just remembered the place on Greenville you are talking about with the pool. That thing was DANGEROUS.

Meh... it would be too difficult to bust out my flask in the Champions Club.

You thought "soda" meant "cola" dumbass.
Saint will tell you - a splash of water or SODA WATER is not uncommon in an Old Fashioned.
Posted on 3/13/15 at 2:12 pm to yurintroubl
Soda, coke, whatever... it don't belong in no Old Fashioned.

Right. I am very content with my HR village parking(bar in the car) and my Left field seats.
But this is unusual offer and our SEC opener. I'm admittedly excited even if I have to pay for drinks.

Hey Boo
Seem to be looking pretty good in spring training. Hopefully they'll fix that screw up with the Time Warner cable contract and we can watch them on tv this year.

Saint got a question for you and Yurin ? I was a server for 4 years during college. I used to stress out like crazy when I was working. Do you stress out less about shite now then you used to when you were younger in the hospitality industry?
If I was waiting tables now I would be like listen up sugar tits that food will be out when the kitchen sends it out, I have no control over that. Or hey gramps you see that bartender not doing shite that's why you still waiting on your drink.
