Interesting.....I've never heard of it. I like flank steak though. Is it a leaner cut?

Yup. From the rear-most side of sirloin section. Makes killer carne asada, apparently. Click the link I ETAd. I see in in the Carnicerias around here a lot.

I've almost destroyed my TV about 5 times this year watching TCU and their inability to hit free throws. They would've won AT LEAST 3 more games (all against ranked teams) if they even shot 72% instead of 60%. CANNOT WATCH.

Well I am not sure on the final number but LSU missed close to 15 of them, along with an array of other issues.
