You should go with a local/community bank or credit union. Something like Hancock or Iberia or People's. Unfortunately those banks don't have any branches in Washington state, so you'll have to find the local equivalent.

Oh and I started a thread after Isaac about this company and a much worse situation that they put me and my family through. That thread got moved to the money board in about a minute and I have never forgiven whatever admin pulled that dick move. So this isn't the only way this company assholes people. Be very wary if you do anything with Wells Fargo.

I had to raise my limit with capital one to $5000 and it took me 5 minutes on the phone with 0 issues.
