To offer perspective, Tulane is still only allowing 18% at baseball games.... meanwhile LSU is sitting at 50%.

There should be a ratio of guests to amount of tuition paid. Tulane gets 400 people per person.

Last Tulane graduation I went to I was shocked. Some families brought balloons, etc.. and though asked to be quiet when names are announced, some hooped and hollered for their precious baby.
