They probably underestimated the number of students that don't have the capability at home to attend virtual class

This also screams they are planning to keep opening schools pushing to the right

I'm all for internet being subsidized by government if for educational or employment purposes.

The majority of traffic over this network will be garbage though.

Waste of taxpayer money.
