Wow. If a hung jury leads to this, imagine what a not guilty verdict would do.

BLM likely had all of this ready to roll out before the verdict/result. They were going to march their sorry asses all over town regardless.

It's still early but I'm surprised by the restraint shown thus far. There have only been two arrests I believe and neither was conducted by the BPD.

Have you ever been to the zoo?

That's basically what's happening here.

Don't worry folks. Our current generation of college students will fix all the racial tension in society. Yale students recently signed a petition to repeal the 1st Amendment. Problems will be solved soon.

Where are we at on this? I love watching a good urban cookout as it helps put properties back into commerce long term.

Every TV stolen tonight gets 1/10 of 1% towards justice for Freddie.

Is my understanding of a "hung jury" correct; if I think that this man cannot be charged again for the same crime because it was hung?

Yet the article claims that 70% of hung juries end up in convictions.

I thought the prosecution would have to find NEW evidence to retry the case.

It means the case was deadlocked and no decision was made so the Prosecutors will have to decide whether to retry the case or not.
