Westhaven is a Southern Land development. It's the same 3-4 houses with 3 to 4 elevations for each house with a different paint color carefully spaced apart. It has a few pocket parks big enough to play cornhole and tag.
ummm..thats not entirely true

Franklin is too crowded. Same for the rest of Williamson County. It was a sleepy town with old-school cruising on the square when I was growing up. Now it's traffic and chain stores. I'd rather a small place in Nashville with a weekend place a couple counties out. I've been looking at some land out in the far reaches of Hickman County

if gentry ever sells his farm i'm fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked.
where i live plots are typically 5+ acres and in fact, the one miley cyrus just bought is 35 acres and actually backs up to my land.
still pretty quiet in my neck of the woods with lots of equestrian farms but if gentry's goes..that will screw all of us.

Nope. Condos, town homes, live work, alley load, front load, single family, etc.
They'll be lease multiple options on Davidson side as well

Got some bad news about Gentry for you. And again 75% of Westhaven is not that. I lived on Eliot. Take the main entrance and hang a left.

I doubt he'd sell any time soon, but you never know. He's old as dirt and who knows what the next generation would do. I know they hype it up as a conservation farm, so maybe their is some sort of land trust deal in place on it.

Yeah that location is primo primo primo.
The latest extension of Mack Hatcher will directly connect to his land.

Fine. 90% homes in hood past live work buildings and condos, but left of Westhaven Blvd are Mike Ford and Southern Land copy paste nightmares. We good?

Amazon is the #1 biggest/best online retailer in the US.

just giving you grief. i agree, 90% of westhaven is the same but that other 10%..
and they're what...25% in to the buildout? ridiculous how much land they still have to put $800,000+ houses on.

Odd list. Monterey Park, the #3 location, is a suburb a few miles east of downtown Los Angeles. I’d never guess that place to be the third best place to live in America.

2200 homes complete development. There about 50% done. They will try to incorporate I would suspect
