Probably the best area of CO to live in as long as it doesn't turn into the next Boulder.
This is true but honestly, COS is kinda boring. You need some level of craziness to spice things up.

I live about 15 minutes from Fort Collins. It's always rated one of the best places to live. You like sunshine? Although it snowed day before yesterday. Clear and sunny today.
