Also, that the court system is NOT discriminatory against blacks as a lot will try to say it is. You can't take two similar cases and compare the outcomes, because there are too many different unknown variables with each case. IE criminal 1 may have a longer criminal history than criminal 2 and therefore will more than likely get a harsher sentence than criminal 2.
You are 100% wrong. As noted in my post which should be just above this one there are studies that control for those factors. And yes also poor people get harsher sentences etc. But as I stated here and in my post above even when income and criminal history are controlled for blacks still get it the worst . I know you don't believe me because it goes against what you think. But the data is there . Judges injuries have their biases even black judges and black jurors. And yes there's also data that blacks discriminate against blacks .
I can dig up some data if you are genuinely interested. However that would have to be tomorrow or tomorrow night because it's late

It was because of white people. You don't need to blame anyone alive today, but how can you not even say those words?

Of course it will be. Like I said, many last night said if a white person did anything similar to a black person, especially with special needs, they would be immediately charged and convicted of a hate crime, not to mention plastered all over the news for weeks. Funny how this was in the news for about a day and then the guy is given a free pass.
Looks like your liberal media is failing to do their job.

Well to be fair the link in your thread was to a picture of 11 teenage black dudes

Don't bother. This happened in Idaho.
The dude in the vest at the gas pumped got mud checked and Sabo said that's normal in Idaho. Maybe his dad is a MC three patcher

Ever thing you said there is true, question is how does it stop being this way? BLM doing their thing isn't going to work. Talking and being honest bout why it's happen is only way to try to fix it. Fact is Young black males are judged differently, not as a middle aged white /Indian man I think it's because of the percentage of them committing crimes that when an innocent one comes up or something like this, their seen as they must have done something. We have to see each person as a different person, everyone, white, black, blue ,green but right now it's not like that. I'd like to see fairness and a level playing field, but black males are going to have to stop the shite like what's gong on in Chicago, Now that's my honest feelings as a non black man. I'd like to hear your solution to a miscarriage of justice as this appears and the court system in general.

It was because of people. Doesn't matter the color.
My people fought back and killed men, women and children too. Maybe in the subconscious of African Americans today, they are more mad at their ancestors for not fighting back against their American oppression? Maybe more mad at their own people for rather living as slaves than to die as braves..I dont know. But I do know we have all spilled blood here. And we have created blood here.

Unless the cases are exactly the same, the variables will still come into consideration. For instance, different judges, different times of the year, criminal history, attitude of the person, how the person is dressed, and many other factors. So, unless the crime is in the same district and gets the same judge, you still have variables to be taken into consideration.

John R.K. Howard, 19, of Keller, Tex., pleaded guilty to a felony count of injury to a child and will be sentenced to two to three years of probation and up to 300 hours of community service, the Idaho Statesmen reported. A judge will decide the final sentence on Feb. 24.
The judge and prosecutor should be sexually assaulted with a coat hanger before they decide the charges/sentence.
