This is what happens when our brilliant former governor appoints a political hack with no law enforcement experience and no college degree to a law enforcement position bc the governor couldn't handle the former commissioner telling him and his campaign contributors 'no'.

I recently met Troy. for a pol, he couldn't hold much of a conversation at a low key social gathering. He did ask me about legal weed though.

When I was 13 or 14, Chris Young gave me a job in a restaurant he and my cousin owned on Harrison avenue. It was adjacent to Parlay's.
Long story short, I got fired for stealing a six pack of Negro Modelo(nobody knows what good beer is at that age).
He lived a few streets over from my folks, and I egged his house with my friends for about 6 months after that.
