Even with the mutations, I don't really care to differentiate between thousands of bombs killing 200k people or if one bomb does it, but some do I suppose

...and the only reason they surrendered is because we bluffed and told them we had a 3rd one and Tokyo was next.

Goeth and Mengele were NOT immediately executed. It wasn't until the war ended, facts were brought out and the tribunals took place that Goeth was executed. Mengele excaped to South America.
The Japanese officers involved in Nanking were found guilty of war crimes and executed, just like the Nazis.
