Battling Tops was a lot of fun.

Someone had one my Freshman year at Bama.We used to get stoned/drunk and play.

Not exctly a "board game" but this was an awesome game/toy from my youth.

How simple were the times when flying a helicopter around in circles for hours kicked arse?

Dark Tower has an app. You can play it on your phone or iPad. Loads of fun still!

I had Torpedo Run. It was a fun game, but once the huge board started to separate at the seams, you couldn't hit the ships all the way across the board. It also took up a tremendous amount of space.
